Ready in Under 90 Seconds The internal components of modern anesthesia machines capture and hold volatile anesthetics which are released when the machine is used for a new patient. Even trace amounts of vapor can be harmful for susceptible patients 1 . Previously, flushing the anesthesia machine with high fresh gas flow for an extended time before a case was thought to help decrease the risk to susceptible patients. Now, in less than 90 seconds, Vapor–Clean activated charcoal filters reduce exposure to less than 5ppm of desflurane, sevoflurane and isoflurane molecules from reaching the patient for an entire case lasting up to 12 hours. • A peer-reviewed study shows that FDA-cleared Vapor-Clean filters lower anesthetic vapor to less than 5 ppm in less than 90 seconds 2 . • Vapor-Clean filters maintain trace anesthetic vapor levels below 5 ppm for an entire case (up to 12 hours). • There is no need to flush the anesthesia machine for up to 104 minutes 2,3,6 prior to delivering anesthesia to an MH-susceptible patient. • Simply connect inspiratory and expiratory Vapor-Clean filters between the anesthesia machine and a new breathing circuit to deliver a vapor-free anesthetic.

In order to cater the specific needs of your medical facility as well as patients, AHS manufactures hospital gurney & stretcher mattresses of different types. Our products are available in various sizes and can be customized as per your requirements. Only the highest medical grade materials are used in manufacturing stretcher mattress & hospital gurney mattresses, which includes a low slip bottom and an Adhesive Velcro® to ensure the safety of the patients. The mattresses undergo a strict quality check and surpass the OEM specifications. Standard Stretcher Mattresses The stretcher mattresses are made up of 100% medical grade, non-recycled, non-allergenic, polyurethane foam without any addition - al fillers or additives. The core is covered with a fluid-proof COVER material, which could be either DARTEX™ 4-way stretch or Vinyl. The anti-shear linen under the DARTEX™ cover helps dissipates heat, reduces friction and manages pressure UltraFlex Stretcher Mattresses The mattresses are composed of three layers. The bottom layer is a 2.0lb density foam which is 1″ thick. The second layer from the bottom is made up of 1.8 lb. density foam and can be either 1.5″ or 2.5″ thick. The third layer is 5.0lb viscoelastic foam and is 1.5″ thick. The cover material is either Vinyl or DARTEX™. DARTEX™ covers include an anti-shear inner liner. Adhesive Velcro is included to keep the mattress safe on the stretcher.

WARMING CABINETS FOR FLUIDS AND BLANKETS The AHS Series Warming Cabinets are designed to raise and hold surgical irrigation solution temperature at a pre-set level for hospital and clinical applications. These units are also excellent blanket warmers with even heat and quick recovery. Digital controls and service access from the front make these units easy to use and maintain. Construction Warming Cabinets are constructed of 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, #4 brushed finish. All compartments have insulated double-wall doors with magnetic heat-resistant gaskets. Field Reversible Doors Door swings are designed to be field reversible for either right hand or left hand applications. Heating Chamber Cabinet chambers are fully insulated to avoid temperature migration. Our cabinet is capable of heating solution flasks from 90°F/16°C to 175°F/80°C within 6 hours. IvNow individual warming pods

The ivNow® fluid warmer quickly warms and maintains the temperature of injection/intravenous and irrigation solutions prior to their use. The specially contoured warming module cradles solution bags in 0.5-, 1-, 2-& 3-liter sizes. ivNow® units can be customized in the field by stacking or removing pods from the configuration. Units can be used for counter top use or wall mounted with the provided mounting plate. The units are controlled individually with electronic controls with an L.E.D. display for each cavity. The control can easily be set to display temperatures in Celsius or Fahrenheit. A sensor in the heating plate detects the presence of a bag and engages the heating mechanism to quickly begin warming the fluid. Two (2) temperature sensors work in unison to precisely and continuously read the temperature of the bag and another sensor monitors the plate temperature. A green ready light will illuminate when fluid is within +0/-2°C (+0/-3ºF) of the set point temperature. The heater will reengage as necessary to maintain the temperature within +0/-2°C (+0/-3ºF) of the set point. The electronic control monitors the length of time the bag has been held at temperature, beginning when the bag reaches set point temperature. A status button will display the time the fluid has been held at temperature. Each ivNow® internally tracks the duration an IV bag has been held at the desired temperature. Time duration can be retrieved using the STATUS button. When the IV bag has been warmed longer than 14 days (user adjustable from 7 to 60 days), ivNow® will flash DATE on the LED screen to inform clinician the limit has been exceeded and the bag should be discarded.
