STRETCHER MATTRESSES SAFEROOM MATTRESSES
AHS manufactures hospital gurney & stretcher mattresses to cater to the specific needs of your medical facility and its patients.Our products are available in various sizes to fit all brands of stretchers and gurneys, and can be customized as needed per your requirements. Only the highest medical grade materials are used in manufacturing stretcher mattress & hospital gurney mattresses, which includes a low slip bottom and an Adhesive Velcro® to ensure the safety of the patients. The mattresses undergo a strict quality check and surpass the OEM specifications. Standard Stretcher Mattresses The stretcher mattresses are made of 100% medical grade, non-recycled, non-allergenic, polyurethane foam without any additional fillers or additives. The core is covered with a fluid-proof COVER material, which could be either DARTEX™ 4-way stretch or Vinyl. The anti-shear liner under the DARTEX™ cover helps dissipates heat, reduces friction and manages pressure UltraFlex Stretcher Mattresses The mattresses are composed of three layers. The bottom layer is a 2.0lb density foam which is 1″ thick. The second layer from the bottom is made up of 1.8 lb. density foam and can be either 1.5″ or 2.5″ thick. The third layer is 5.0lb viscoelastic foam and is 1.5″ thick. The cover material is either Vinyl or DARTEX™. DARTEX™ covers include an anti-shear inner liner. Adhesive Velcro is included to keep the mattress safe on the stretcher. Sizes available for all brands of stretchers, including Stryker and Hill-Rom.
SAFE ROOM MATTRESSES
The Safe Room mattress is specifically engineered to provide lasting support and durability because it uses better materials. The Safe Room mattress can be used with or without a bed frame. There are not any zippers, flaps or handles on the mattress. The fluid proof 100% medical grade cover is an extra heavy-duty vinyl that is tear resistant and has a rip-stop weave.

The entire foam core is constructed of 100% medical grade Green Friendly non-allergenic foam. All components are anti-microbial and assist in prohibiting growth of bacteria and fungi. Meets Federal Standard 16 CFR 1632, Cal. TB 117. Optional barrier to meet Cal. TB 129 and Boston Fire IX-11.
