ChemDAQ® provides continuous fixed-area monitoring for peracetic acid (PAA), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and ethylene oxide (EtO), giving MDR teams the objective data needed to better understand their work environment, make informed decisions, and reduce risk.
Fixed monitors are commonly deployed in environments where continuous, real-time monitoring is essential. The Steri-Trac® 2+ Fixed Area Monitor connects with ChemDAQ’s E-Cell® sensors to continuously measure vapor concentrations and alert teams to hazardous vapor levels in the air. Additional monitoring accessories are available to expand system capabilities, including remote displays and centralized data acquisition.
The Steri-Trac® 2+ combines continuous monitoring data, customizable alerts, and straightforward operation to support informed decisions and timely response. • Continuously displays vapor concentrations in parts per million (ppm), including real-time readings and 15-minute and 8-hour time-weighted averages (TWAs). • Each E-Cell® sensor is calibrated using the target gas it is designed to detect, supporting accurate and reliable low-ppm readings. • Patented sensor filters help reduce interference from other vapors, improving selectivity for the target gas. • Customizable audible and visual alarms, including impending alerts, provide earlier notification and support a timely response. • Built-in data logging and USB downloads provide a monitoring record for trend review and event investigation.
